TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Joining the Lady Leas Creative Company reseller program is an exciting opportunity to offer unique and custom stationery to your customers. Here are the terms to consider: 

  • Initial Purchase: Begin your reseller journey with an initial order over R1000 to register and unlock a 15% wholesale discount. Subsequent orders can be of any amount, but a R100 shipping fee applies if under R1000. Rush or overnight shipping will incur additional fees, or you may arrange your own courier service once notified of order completion.
  • Customized Covers: Personalize your offerings with custom covers for a R75 setup fee per design/cover, unless you provide your own design.
  • Shipping: We pride ourselves on prompt delivery to the address you specify, ensuring a smooth process.
  • Wholesaler Account: Your initial purchase grants you wholesaler status, continuing the 15% discount on future orders.
  • Payment: Full payment is required before dispatch. We do not offer credit or accounts.
  • Website Sales: Enjoy exclusive website sales, where orders must be placed online to benefit from the sale discount, which cannot be combined with the wholesaler discount. Expect a 14-working-day wait for shipment during sales.
  • Please ensure the accuracy of your order details. In the event of incorrect information, you will be responsible for the costs of reprocessing the order and any additional shipping charges. Accuracy is crucial to avoid unnecessary expenses and delays.

 Additional Notes:

  • Expect delays during the busy season from October to December.
  • Standard delivery takes 7-14 working days, though we strive to dispatch reseller orders sooner.
  • We champion originality; replication of our products is not allowed and will be met with appropriate measures.
