REFUNDS 
Because your products are custom made, it cannot be returned. However, if you are unhappy with your product,  please contact us on orders@ladyleas.co.za and we will try to help you in the best way we can.

Please note: Photos will need to be sent to us as well as a valid reason as to why you are unhappy with your product, this has to be done within 7 days of receiving your parcel.

We don't do REFUNDS, We will however replace your product after we investigate the issue on our side. Once a decision has been made, we will inform you about the outcome. Returns to our office will be at your own expense. 

IF YOU USED YOUR PRODUCT, WE CAN NOT REPLACE IT!

SHIPPING
All our products are perfectly manufactured by hand and made just for you. For us to give you the best possible product we have some production lead times to keep in mind. These lead times exclude shipping time.

We try to get your goodies to you as fast as we can, our delivery times is normally 7 - 14 Working Days, being that it is all custom made just for you ♥ (please note: Loadshedding can cause delays)

During rush times (Aug-Jan) it could take longer to deliver. Please keep this in mind when placing your order.

TRACKING YOUR PARCEL
We use Courier Guy to deliver all our parcels straight to your delivery address.
After shipment you can follow up with them directly to find out when the parcel will be delivered to you. (We don't track parcels after they are sent to the courier)  Use this link to track your parcel: https://portal.thecourierguy.co.za/track

WAS YOUR PARCEL DAMAGED BY THE COURIER?
Please check your parcel when the courier delivers your parcel to you, to make sure that your parcel is not damaged. If it is Damaged, please report this to the Courier. You can report your damaged products to courier guy following this link, please keep your tracking number as well for reference: https://api.whatsapp.com/send/?phone=27828233254

We try our best to replace damaged goods, but due to mishandling of parcels, we cant always replace what is broken, this should be reported to the courier service.
