DELIVERY AND SHIPPING

DELIVERY
We know you can’t wait to start decorating, so we will deliver to you ASAP.
Delivery is normally within 2-3 week, due to the fact that we are in a "Outlying area" and stock delivery takes a tad bit longer then suppliers in the "BIG CITIES" 

Please note: The 2-3 Weeks delivery time does not include the delivery time from us to your address, the courier takes anything between 3-6 days to deliver your parcel to you, it also does not include weekends, public holidays or long weekends. Stock Availability may influence the delivery time-frame.

AFTER SHIPMENT
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email from us as confirmation, with the tracking number and a link/number where you can track your parcel.

All our products are locally made, on order placement and customized to your needs, in South Africa...
This also ensures that your sticker's glue is still fresh upon application.

RETURNS
Because all orders are custom made especially for you with your desired choice of color, size and personalization, we do not accept returns. Please consider size and color choices carefully prior to submitting your order. If you are unsure of a color or the compatibility of our vinyl products for your intended surface, you may purchase a sample pack from us that will include a sample decal and color samples of your choice.

DISCLAIMER
Once packages are ready for shipment and handed to our Courier for delivery, Lady Lea’s Wall Decal Co. is not liable for damage caused in transit, or for particles or packages that may have been stolen or lost in transit. These instances must be handled with the courier. By placing an order with Lady Lea’s Wall Decal Co. , you agree to these terms.

CANCELLATION
Cancellation must be done within 24 hours after placing your order. If an order is taking a bit longer to deliver to you, Lady Lea’s Wall Decal Co. will try our best to send your parcel to as soon as possible.  Cancellation of such an order will only be done it the stickers has not been cut or sent to you via our courier company already. 
Once an parcel is sent or cut, cancellation is nolonger possible, because all orders are custom made especially for you with your desired choice of color, size and personalization.

Lady Lea's does not guarantee that our vinyl products will be compatible with all surfaces or that they will work on one wall in the same way as another. Not all walls, painted surfaces and textures are created equal. Lady Lea’s Wall Art Studio shall not be held liable for any damage or paint removal that may occur during installation or removal. Apply at your own risk, and if in doubt, test it out!
