Refund policy

Refunds & Returns

As all our products are custom made, we do not accept returns or offer refunds.

However, if you are unhappy with your product, please contact us at orders@ladyleas.co.za and we will do our best to assist you.

Please note:
• You must email us within 7 days of receiving your parcel.
• Clear photos of the product must be provided.
• A valid reason for your concern must be included.

We do not issue refunds. However, we may offer a replacement once the issue has been reviewed and assessed on our side. You will be informed of the outcome after the investigation.

Any returns to our office will be at your own expense.

Important:
If the product has already been used, we will not be able to replace it.
